Welcome to VisitBolt, Inc. ("VisitBolt," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our link management and analytics tools, including URL shortening, custom-branded links, QR codes, and bio link pages (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Using VisitBolt

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services.
• You agree not to use our Services to compete with us, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse our platform.
• You are responsible for securing your account credentials and any activity that happens under your account.

Changes to Services or Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date and may notify you.
• Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
• We may add or remove features at any time.

Your Content and Links

• You retain ownership of your content and links.
• By using our Services, you give us permission to host, display, and analyze your links as needed to provide and improve the Services.
• You agree not to post or link to anything illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringing on others' rights.

Paid Accounts

• Some features are only available through a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. No refunds are given for unused time.
• You authorize recurring billing to your chosen payment method.

Changes to Pricing and Packages

• VisitBolt reserves the right to modify our pricing, subscription plans, or features included in any package at any time.
• If we make changes to pricing for an existing paid plan, we will notify you in advance before the new pricing goes into effect.
• Continued use of the VisitBolt services after a pricing change constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.
• If you do not agree to the updated pricing, you may cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property in the VisitBolt platform belongs to us.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Services without our permission.
• If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without compensation.

Compliance and Fair Use

• Don't use VisitBolt to send spam, phishing, or malware.
• We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Termination

• You can cancel your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• We reserve the right to terminate any account, for any reason in our sole discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• We provide the Services "as is" and "as available."
• We make no guarantees that the Services will always be secure or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify VisitBolt against any third-party claims related to your content or use of the Services.

Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada.
• You waive the right to participate in class actions.
